West Side Hallo Fest

West Side Hallo Fest is Romania’s largest Halloween-themed festival, taking place in Bucharest at Lacul Morii over three days, from October 24 to 26, 2025. The event transforms the lakeside and promenade into a vibrant Halloween celebration with rock concerts, themed decorations, workshops for children, costume contests, mystery trails, and family-friendly attractions, making it one of the most festive autumn events in the city. Live music is an important part of the festival’s program, featuring performances across multiple days alongside other attractions like cosplay parades, drone shows, circus acts, and creative workshop spaces. West Side Hallo Fest is organized by the West Side Events team and supported by local authorities, drawing tens of thousands of visitors to experience a mix of concerts, Halloween spirit, and community engagement in a unique outdoor setting each October.
