About
The Regional Culture Centre coordinates amateur artistic activities as well as various forms of cultural and educational programmes. It is home to groups and ensembles focused on music, theatre, recitation, visual arts, and dance. All meetings are led by qualified instructors. In addition, the centre runs various club activities. More than 450 people of different age groups take part in its programmes.
