OFF Festival

OFF Festival is Poland’s leading alternative-music event, curated by Artur Rojek. It is held every August in Dolina Trzech Stawów in Katowice and is internationally recognised for its bold, genre-spanning programming. Line-ups combine indie rock, experimental electronics, metal, jazz, post-punk, hip-hop, folk and various hybrids, often including artists rarely seen elsewhere in the region. The festival also hosts literature meetings, film screenings and special art projects, appealing to an audience that values discovery more than mainstream hits. Media such as Pitchfork have listed OFF among the world’s essential summer festivals, and it has received the European Festival Award for Best Medium-Sized Festival, solidifying its status on the European circuit.
